Quite often, situations arise where proposed extensions must be built over existing foul water runs. 

Thames Water require plans for how these pipes will be bridged, where new manholes will be relocated and how rodding access will be maintained.  A site visit can be conducted to survey these drains and prepare the correct plans. Plans for build over agreements are £500 but can be cheaper depending on the complexity.
